At The Mather Partnership we can offer a variety of different services for landlords including fully managed services, tenant find only options or the provision of corresponding administration services such as tenancy agreements and inventories.
Whichever service you decide to use, we provide a comprehensive vetting procedure for all prospective tenants which include credit checks, employment references, affordability checks and where applicable previous landlords references. We can also assist in varying levels of Landlords Rent Guarantee Insurances and Building Insurance policies.
